Whether you’ve just hit a milestone birthday, gone through a transformation, or simply want to reconnect with your real self, this shoot is for you. It’s about empowerment, healing, and rediscovering the beauty in your most natural form.
There’s no professional makeup, no posing, and no special outfits required—just come as you are, wearing what feels most like you. This is a safe, judgment-free space to explore and express different parts of yourself.
The result is photos that are raw, intimate, playful, emotional and real.

Raw Portrait sessions are designed to capture you in a fun and relaxed shoot. Instead of worrying about the perfect pose or outfit, we focus on real moments, emotions, and movement.
This shoot is one of my absolute favourites because it’s all about capturing the real, unfiltered essence of you. There’s no pressure, just a relaxed, creative space where we can let things unfold naturally. I set the mood with music, and make the whole experience feel effortless and fun. We’ll chat, laugh, maybe even dance a little, all while I take photos. It’s not about perfection; it’s about you.
I’ll photograph you as your loved ones see you—raw, real, and beautiful. Every shot is about capturing a moment of pure expression, whether it’s a quiet pause or a spontaneous burst of joy.
It’s all about embracing the present and letting yourself truly be, and the result is a series of images that reflect your soul—just as you are.
HOW IT WORKS

initial consultation
This is a call or an email that offers me an opportunity to get to know you a little bit, and understand your vision for the photoshoot.

the shoot
On the day of the shoot, I will assist with your outfit selections (I ask you to bring some of your favourite outfits in black, white and some other favourites). We will then put on some music and get shooting!

photo review
Following the shoot, I will review the photos and select the best ones for you to view. There is no retouching so you will see the photos as they were taken on the day.

image reveal
I will schedule a personal viewing of your images, where you can select your favourites, choose print and album options, and then receive your beautifully curated photos within one to two weeks.

“Last week I gladly agreed to a photo session with my dear friend and photographer Dominika Ferenz.
The brief was black and white, as in the photos were meant to be black and white as well as the clothes worn… Also, this shoot was all about being natural, close to home, close to Self. For this reason I chose not to come in my typical shamanic gear, this too is a role, but I arrived as Charlotte…no makeup to speak of, my love for jewellery evident and one top reminiscent of my life in Spain.
I came to Dominika’s studio with zero expectations, I just knew I’m always comfortable when she is on the other end of the camera.
What evolved were silly conversations, deeper ones too, lots of laughs and love. I didn’t realise how therapeutic this shoot was going to be for me, and how confidence boosting.
Doing the shoot with Dominika was therapeutic, so wholesome.
She captured me, and through her eyes, I was given the opportunity to see myself again. And to love what I saw.
My body a bit more tired perhaps but there is something else there that Dom captured, that I didn’t realise was there. That middle age ‘f* it’ vibe. And I love it. I love this body, this being that houses my Soul. It’s perfect, a piece of art, just the way it is. Spending time with Dom was an initiation in itself.”
